How can I obtain a warranty repair on my McDowell product? |

To obtain a Return Material Authorization for warranty repair, click here for our online RMA Request Form.
You can also send a description of the problem, including the product model and serial numbers, to service@mcdowellresearch.com. You will receive a reply with a Return Material Authorization number and delivery instructions. The cost of shipping the product to McDowell Research in Waco, Texas is the responsibility of the customer. McDowell will pay for shipping of the repaired product back to the customer.
